Deal Desk Analyst

A leading global technology company is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to join their team on an 11-month contract. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting high-volume transactional deals while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the day-to-day contract creation and deal approval processes for transactional deals.
• Collaborate with sales teams and internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Licensing, Credit, Order Management) to structure profitable and compliant transactions.
• Engage directly with customers during deal creation and negotiation processes.
• Provide regular updates on deal status to FP&A and executive sales management.
• Ensure all transactions comply with internal revenue recognition policies and operational guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and align performance with key metrics and service levels.

What You Bring:

• At least 2 years of experience in operations or deal desk roles, ideally within a SaaS or technology company.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Dynamics is desirable, along with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with internal teams and external customers.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
