A leading global financial institution is seeking a Product Owner E-Invoicing Platform Assistant Vice President to join their expanding team in London. This role offers you the chance to play a pivotal part in the rollout and ongoing evolution of a strategic e-invoicing platform across EMEA entities, supporting transformation initiatives that impact Operations, Finance, and Tax functions.

What you bring:

To excel as Product Owner E-Invoicing Platform Assistant Vice President you will bring proven expertise in integrating SaaS platforms with ERP systems within complex order-to-cash environments. Your background should include hands-on involvement with e-invoicing technologies such as PAGERO or COUPA coupled with experience managing product backlogs under agile frameworks. You will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills when engaging stakeholders from diverse business areas while maintaining clear communication channels throughout project lifecycles. Your educational foundation in information technology or related disciplines supports your ability to bridge technical requirements with business objectives. Professional certifications add value but are not mandatory; what matters most is your commitment to customer-centricity combined with enterprise leadership qualities that foster trustworthiness and inclusivity. Your analytical mindset enables you to address challenges methodically while driving continuous improvement initiatives aligned with global best practices.

  • Demonstrated understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including experience designing integrations between SaaS platforms and ERP/Finance systems such as Accounts Payable or Receivable.
  • Hands-on experience with e-invoicing SaaS platforms like PAGERO or COUPA is highly desirable for this position.
  • Proven track record operating as a product owner in technology or change lead roles accountable for delivery management of funded roadmaps and long-term technology assets.
  • Extensive experience working within agile/scrum methodologies including sprint management and evaluating development progress alongside developers, QA professionals, and architects.
  • Professional certifications such as ITIL, Agile/Scrum or data management qualifications are considered beneficial but not essential for success in this role.
