Outsourcing Governance Consultant
Join a major international financial services company as an Outsourcing Governance Consultant. What you'll do:
- Execute and implement Outsourcing Governance priorities by collaborating with stakeholders across multiple lines of defence to ensure effective delivery of commitments.
- Monitor industry and regulatory outsourcing regulations, expectations, and obligations while assessing changing requirements with relevant partners.
- Continuously update the Ireland Outsourcing Governance framework to support evolving products and regulatory demands, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Prepare comprehensive committee, forum, and Legal Entity Board reports that clearly communicate progress and outcomes to key stakeholders.
- Build positive relationships through timely communication and delivery of commitments across business units and support functions.
- Deliver constructive challenge by managing stakeholder queries efficiently and supporting their resolution in a considerate manner.
- Participate actively in local, regional, line of business, and firmwide initiatives aimed at driving synergies in processes and frameworks.
- Support the delivery of effective Outsourcing Governance management by maintaining robust control and monitoring processes.
- Collaborate with partners in the UK, EEA, and other locations to share knowledge and drive improvements in governance practices.
- Lead meetings with multiple stakeholders to facilitate alignment on objectives and document outcomes for future reference.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) supports efficient reporting and documentation.
- Capability to lead meetings involving multiple stakeholders facilitates alignment on objectives.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for outsourcing including Central Bank of Ireland Regulations 2023, Cross-Industry Outsourcing Guidance 2021, Digital Operational Resiliency Act (DORA), European Banking Authority guidelines enhances your effectiveness.
- Broad-based IT skills coupled with familiarity with relevant applications are advantageous.
