The role involves working on diverse client transactions across sectors, collaborating with planning, infrastructure, energy, and corporate teams, and reporting to CRE partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Landlord & tenant advisory work
  • Development finance and banking support
  • Corporate transaction support
  • General property-related tasks

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong drafting skills and commercial acumen
