Legal Counsel

Our client, a fast-growing international healthcare technology group, is seeking a talented and commercially minded Legal Counsel to join their dynamic in-house Legal team. This is a unique opportunity to work across multiple jurisdictions (Ireland, UK, Australia, and New Zealand) and gain exposure to diverse legal areas such as commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, privacy, technology, and corporate law.

The Role:
As Legal Counsel, you’ll play a key role in providing practical, business-focused legal advice to support innovation and growth. You’ll partner with senior leaders across the organization and take ownership of critical legal matters from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial agreements.
• Advising on data protection/privacy laws and emerging regulations like AI and digital health.
• Supporting strategic initiatives, customer engagements, and product development.
• Partnering with teams across Product Development, HR, Sales, Marketing, and more.
• Assisting with corporate compliance and company secretarial activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified Solicitor with 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide pragmatic legal advice.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points For:

• In-house legal experience.
• Expertise in data protection/privacy laws or familiarity with GDPR compliance.
• Interest or experience in healthcare technology, AI, or SaaS businesses.
