Bookkeeper
A busy and well-established legal practice in Dublin City Centre is seeking an experienced and motivated Bookkeeper to support its financial operations. This role offers flexibility, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage client and office accounts in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Process invoices, payments, receipts, and perform bank reconciliations.
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting.
- Liaise with solicitors and staff regarding financial queries.
- Support compliance with accounting, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
What You Bring:
- Minimum of 2 years' bookkeeping experience, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
