Company Secretary Assistant

A leading international financial services organisation is seeking a Company Secretary Assistant to join its Dublin-based governance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a governance or company secretarial professional looking to develop their career within a highly regulated and fast-paced environment, working closely with senior stakeholders and board-level governance activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day governance and company secretarial support
  • Coordinate board and committee meetings, agendas and meeting materials
  • Draft resolutions, governance documentation and board papers
  • Maintain legal entity records and governance registers
  • Support governance policies, procedures and controls
  • Assist with audits, regulatory reviews and internal information requests
  • Work collaboratively across governance teams on ongoing projects and initiatives

Candidate Profile

  • Degree qualified with a strong academic background
  • CGIUKI qualification (or equivalent) preferred
  • 2–3 years’ experience within company secretarial or governance functions
  • Financial services or regulated industry experience advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional environment
  • Experience with Diligent and/or GEMS beneficial
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
