Company Secretarial Associate - Cashel

Our client, a well-established international financial services organisation, is seeking a Company Secretarial Associate to join its growing governance team based in Cashel.

This is an excellent opportunity for a company secretarial professional with more than 2 years experience, ideally gained within financial services or a professional services environment, who is looking to further develop their career within a supportive and collaborative team.

Funds experience not required.*

The Role

  • Provide company secretarial support to a portfolio of corporate and investment fund clients.
  • Coordinate Board, Committee and shareholder meetings, including the preparation of agendas, board packs and minutes.
  • Draft board resolutions and other governance documentation.
  • Support changes to directors, service providers and statutory records.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients and external service providers to ensure statutory and regulatory obligations are met.
  • Maintain accurate corporate records and assist with filings across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Assist with governance projects, corporate actions and general company secretarial administration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders while delivering a high standard of service.

About You

  • 2 years' company secretarial experience, ideally within financial services, corporate services or a professional services environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong understanding of company secretarial practices and corporate governance.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of accuracy, professionalism and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach with a genuine interest in developing a long-term career in company secretarial and governance.
