A leading global financial services organisation is seeking an experienced In-House Technology Recruiter to join its Ireland team for a 6-month assignment. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with technology leaders and hiring managers, supporting high-volume and specialised technology recruitment across a broad range of complex technical disciplines.

What you'll do:

As Technology Recruiter, you will:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for professional, manager, director, and senior-level technology positions within the organisation.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop sourcing strategies that align with workforce plans and hiring priorities.
  • Build robust pipelines of diverse technology talent across multiple technical domains such as cloud engineering, software engineering, data analytics, cybersecurity, AI/ML, enterprise architecture, infrastructure engineering, DevOps/Site Reliability Engineering, technology risk/governance, and digital transformation.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping techniques, networking events, referrals from internal teams, and market intelligence tools.
  • Evaluate candidates for both technical capability and organisational fit through structured screening methods and assessment processes tailored to each role.
  • Consult with hiring managers regarding current market conditions, talent availability trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships by providing regular updates on candidate pipelines, hiring progress reports, and recruiting metrics.
  • Ensure a high-touch candidate experience from initial engagement through offer acceptance by maintaining clear communication and empathetic interactions throughout the process.
  • Manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business demands in a dynamic high-volume recruiting environment while balancing quality and speed.
  • Drive diversity hiring initiatives by supporting inclusive recruiting practices that foster a welcoming workplace culture.

What you bring:

  • A proven track record of IT recruiting experience ideally supporting enterprise technology organisations within financial services or regulated industries.
  • Proven track record recruiting for complex technology roles across infrastructure engineering functions such as cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), software development teams (Java/Python/C++), cybersecurity frameworks (ISO/NIST), data analytics platforms (SQL/Big Data), enterprise architecture solutions (TOGAF/Zachman), DevOps practices (CI/CD automation), site reliability engineering standards (SRE), emerging technologies like AI/Machine Learning/Generative AI/cloud-native applications.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent requisitions in high-growth or high-volume environments while maintaining quality outcomes.
  • Strong sourcing expertise utilising LinkedIn Recruiter alongside other talent attraction channels including networking events/referrals/talent mapping/market intelligence tools.
  • Ability to understand complex technical job requirements quickly and effectively assess candidate alignment through structured screening processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills combined with clear communication abilities that foster trust among hiring managers/business leaders/candidates alike.
  • Strong organisational skills enabling independent work whilst managing competing priorities efficiently within dynamic environments.
  • Experience recruiting within financial services/banking/asset management/fintech/regulatory sectors is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of modern technology stacks/cloud platforms/cybersecurity frameworks/devops/data platforms/applicant tracking systems/recruiting analytics is advantageous.
  • Experience hiring for emerging technologies including AI/Machine Learning/Generative AI/cloud-native solutions is considered beneficial.
