What you'll do:

As Project Leader, you will

• Guide the product development process from initial spark of an idea through to production by orchestrating design, sampling, quality control, and inventory planning activities
• Serve as the heartbeat of project updates—keeping every stakeholder informed, engaged, and excited about progress at each stage of the journey.
• Set clear priorities and energising deadlines for the design team while fostering seamless communication with sales, purchasing, and operations to ensure every project runs smoothly.
• Build strong connections with suppliers by tracking samples through each phase and offering thoughtful feedback that inspires continuous improvement.
• Support commercial decisions by sharing your knowledge of branding, marketing trends, pricing strategies, and margins during lively product selection discussions.
• Travel internationally up to four times per year for trade shows or supplier visits—broadening your horizons while strengthening valuable external relationships.

• Advanced proficiency using project management tools (such as Airtable) so you can track progress efficiently while maintaining meticulous records throughout each project phase.
