Client Service Executive

A leading wealth management organisation is seeking a Client Service Executive to join their Dublin team on a permanent basis. This client-facing role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional service while managing key client lifecycle processes in a trusted and professional environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and providing support with administrative matters.
• Manage all aspects of the client lifecycle, including account opening, onboarding, payments, transfers, and amendments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent outcomes.
• Support investment teams by gathering suitability information and producing client summaries or welcome letters.
• Handle complex processes such as estate/probate administration.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal operating models.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and share best practices across teams.

What You Bring:

• Significant experience in a regulated financial services environment.
• QFA or APA qualification (or working towards one) is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business-related discipline (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of financial products/services and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication skills with a client-centric approach.
• High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
