Temporary Teller (3-Month Contract)

A leading financial services organisation is seeking a Temporary Teller to join their team for a 3-month contract. This fully office-based role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional service to members while supporting day-to-day operations in a trusted and professional environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist members with transactions such as lodgements, withdrawals, and account enquiries.
• Provide clear and accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and balance cash daily.
• Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and in line with compliance requirements.
• Promote digital services and assist members with self-service options.

What You Bring:

• APA Qualification is essential for this role.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role, ideally within financial services.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) is desirable but not essential.
