Global Payroll Specialist
A leading multinational company is seeking an experienced Global Payroll Specialist to manage payroll operations across multiple EMEA regions. This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, with hybrid working arrangements requiring three days onsite in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly and ad-hoc payroll using Workday HRIS and external providers across regions including the UK, Ireland, Germany, France, and more.
- Ensure compliance with multi-national payroll regulations and support audits.
- Reconcile payments, resolve payroll issues, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and reporting metrics.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in multi-national payroll within a global organization.
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and statutory reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and familiarity with systems like Workday or ServiceNow preferred.
