Global Payroll Specialist

A leading multinational company is seeking an experienced Global Payroll Specialist to manage payroll operations across multiple EMEA regions. This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, with hybrid working arrangements requiring three days onsite in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly and ad-hoc payroll using Workday HRIS and external providers across regions including the UK, Ireland, Germany, France, and more.
  • Ensure compliance with multi-national payroll regulations and support audits.
  • Reconcile payments, resolve payroll issues, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and reporting metrics.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in multi-national payroll within a global organization.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and familiarity with systems like Workday or ServiceNow preferred.
