What you bring:

• Extensive hands-on experience in finance transformation roles within investment banking environments, demonstrating deep understanding of finance business capabilities including flows and controls.
• Proven track record in leading high-performing teams with responsibility for delivery outcomes and performance management within cross-functional settings.
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles related to financial products such as securities, lending instruments, repossessions (repo), foreign exchange (FX), and equities.
• Sound understanding of data integrity processes
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders through effective communication tailored for both technical audiences and non-technical partners alike.
