Senior Associate Construction

A leading mid-sized firm in Dublin is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Associate to join its dynamic Construction team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to work across both contentious and non-contentious construction matters, contributing to high-profile projects while collaborating with a supportive and ambitious team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on all aspects of construction law, including contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
• Managing complex contentious matters such as adjudications, arbitrations, and litigation.
• Providing strategic advice on non-contentious issues, including procurement strategies and project delivery.
• Building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the growth of the practice.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE in construction law (contentious and non-contentious).
• Strong technical knowledge of Irish construction law and industry practices.
• Proven track record in managing complex disputes and advising on large-scale projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team while managing your own caseload effectively.
