Our client, a leading global provider of financial and legal services, is seeking a talented Banking and Finance Associate to join their Dublin-based team. About the Role:
The successful candidate will advise on a variety of finance transactions, including fund finance, real estate investment and development finance, leveraged acquisition financing, restructurings, and enforcement strategies. You will work with both lenders and borrowers across a diverse client base while collaborating closely with other practice areas and international offices. Responsibilities include:

• Advising on fund finance structures and private credit lending.
• Supporting leveraged acquisition financing deals.
• Handling real estate investment and development financing matters.
• Advising on restructurings, standstill arrangements, and enforcement strategies.
• Engaging in business development activities to promote the firm’s services.
• Supervising junior lawyers and contributing to knowledge-sharing within the team.

What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:

• 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience in banking and finance from a leading law firm in Dublin or another major jurisdiction.
• Strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and excellent drafting abilities.
• A proven ability to manage transactions effectively while working collaboratively in a team environment.
