Immigration Legal Executive

A well-established and growing Dublin law firm is seeking an experienced Immigration Legal Executive to join its busy practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated candidate to work as part of a specialist team handling a broad range of immigration matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing immigration files from initial instruction through to conclusion.
• Preparing and submitting applications relating to visas, residence permissions, citizenship, family reunification, employment permits, and international protection matters.
• Liaising with clients, government departments, and relevant agencies.
• Drafting correspondence, submissions, and legal documentation.
• Maintaining accurate file records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assisting solicitors with immigration-related litigation and appeals where required.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of two years' experience working across all aspects of Irish immigration law.
• Strong knowledge of current immigration legislation, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent organisational and case management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
