Professional Support Lawyer – Finance & Capital Markets Location: Dublin | Hybrid Working | Full-time or Part-time We are currently partnering with a leading Irish law firm to recruit a Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) for their highly regarded Finance & Capital Markets team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Banking & Finance solicitor to transition into a strategic, knowledge-focused role while remaining closely connected to market-leading legal work.

The Role

Working closely with Partners and the Knowledge Management function, you will play a key role in developing and delivering knowledge resources, thought leadership, and innovative client solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the design, implementation, and ongoing development of the firm’s Knowledge Management function
• Monitoring legal and regulatory developments across Banking & Finance
• Preparing legal updates, analysis, and client-facing insights
• Providing technical support, research, and training to the wider team
• Developing and maintaining precedents and internal knowledge materials
• Contributing to innovative, value-add client services, including digital and AI-driven solutions
• Supporting industry engagement, including regulatory submissions and working groups

Candidate Profile

• Qualified solicitor with strong experience in Banking & Finance from a leading practice
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and research skills
• Strong communication skills with an interest in thought leadership
• Demonstrated interest in legal technology, AI, and digital innovation
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
