Commercial Litigation Solicitor

A leading Dublin law firm is seeking to appoint a Commercial Litigation Senior Associate to join its highly regarded disputes practice.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and dynamic team advising domestic and international clients across a broad range of complex commercial disputes and contentious matters. The successful candidate will gain exposure to high-value litigation, strategic advisory work and sophisticated dispute resolution matters across multiple sectors.

The role will involve working closely with highly experienced partners and advising clients on a wide variety of commercial litigation matters including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, regulatory investigations, professional negligence, insolvency-related disputes and other complex commercial proceedings.

Requirments:

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+years’ PQE in commercial litigation
• Experience gained within a leading or mid-to-top tier law firm
• Excellent technical, drafting and analytical skills
• Strong experience managing litigation matters and client relationships
• Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• Strong organisational and communication skills
