Jessica Holt recognised by Staffing Industry Analysts’ 2025 Staffing 100 Europe list
We are proud to announce that Jessica Holt, Managing Director EMEA for Robert Walters Outsourcing, has once again been recognised in Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) Staffing 100 Europe list, which celebrates the most influential leaders driving the growth and transformation of the staffing and outsourcing industry.
Jessica joined Robert Walters in 2021 to establish our global Consultancy division, which has since achieved 122% growth under her leadership. In 2024, she was appointed as Managing Director, EMEA, taking on responsibility for our core RPO and MSP business in the region, while continuing to lead the global Consultancy practice.
Over the last year, Jessica has spearheaded strategic investments in non-permanent talent solutions, including Hire Train Deploy (HTD) and Statement of Work (SOW). She has tripled the size of the Consultancy team and doubled the number of employed consultants, enabling clients to benefit from more agile, cost-efficient workforce solutions. Her initiatives have also delivered tangible results for clients, including £7 million in annual cost savings through tailored consultancy solutions that optimise resources and mitigate operational risks.
Jessica’s influence extends beyond client impact. She has embedded a growth-oriented culture internally, launching new leadership and sales programmes, including a partnership with Franklin Covey and the rollout of a new sales and enablement methodology, plus ‘Insights Discovery’ coaching empowering her teams to thrive. These initiatives have transformed how we collaborate and engage with clients.
Beyond Robert Walters, Jessica plays an active role in shaping the future of the staffing industry. She sits on the APSCo Representative Committee, advocating for progressive workforce policies and leads our engagement with the PowerWomen Network, supporting ambitious women to unlock leadership opportunities globally.
Jessica’s recognition in the Staffing 100 Europe list reflects her outstanding leadership, her commitment to building inclusive, high-performing teams, and her drive to deliver innovative talent solutions that help our clients and our industry thrive.
