HR Generalist

A vibrant restaurant in Dublin is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support its dynamic team and foster a positive workplace culture.

What you’ll do:

• Act as the go-to HR contact for managers and employees.
• Lead employee relations, recruitment, and performance management processes.
• Ensure compliance with Irish employment law and best practices.
• Support staff development and drive continuous improvement in HR systems.
• Collaborate with leadership on people strategy and decision-making.

What you bring:

• 4+ years’ experience in a similar HR role (hospitality background preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
• CIPD accreditation or third-level qualification in HR is desirable.
