HR Generalist
A vibrant restaurant in Dublin is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support its dynamic team and foster a positive workplace culture.
What you’ll do:
- Act as the go-to HR contact for managers and employees.
- Lead employee relations, recruitment, and performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with Irish employment law and best practices.
- Support staff development and drive continuous improvement in HR systems.
- Collaborate with leadership on people strategy and decision-making.
What you bring:
- 4+ years’ experience in a similar HR role (hospitality background preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
- CIPD accreditation or third-level qualification in HR is desirable.
