Robert Walters has gathered insights from 6,000 professionals in the UK and Ireland, looking at diversity and inclusion through the lens of ethnicity.
This report focuses on disparities surrounding ethnicity that persist in the workplace.
Our observations over the last 12 months show progressive strides for ethnic minority professionals, across key areas such as negotiating salary, development and progression, as well as overall state of D&I dialogue within the workplace.
This report will outline how far we have come in these efforts, but also where there is still room for improvement.
