Senior Consultant – Lean & Continuous Improvement

Location: Galway | Salary: €110,000 – €130,000

A leading global consultancy is seeking a Senior Consultant (Lean & Continuous Improvement) to support pharmaceutical clients in Galway. This role focuses on delivering impactful Lean transformations, coaching leadership teams, and embedding sustainable operational excellence across manufacturing and quality environments.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to lead improvement initiatives, facilitate workshops, and build long-term capability using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement projects delivering measurable operational and financial results
• Facilitate workshops (VSM, Kaizen, Daily Management, etc.)
• Coach leaders and teams to embed Lean behaviours and ways of working
• Deliver Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt) training
• Track and report benefit realisation to ensure sustainable outcomes
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels

What We’re Looking For

• Expert in Lean / Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence
• Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated environments
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Minimum
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven track record delivering measurable improvements

Additional Information

• You will be primarily based on client site in Galway
• Travel may be required, and all travel costs and accommodation will be fully covered
