Investor Reporting Associate

A leading investment management firm is seeking an Investor Reporting Associate to join its Investor Relations team. This role focuses on creating and improving sales and investor reporting materials, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and innovation.

What you’ll do:

• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual investor-facing materials.
• Ensure content accuracy and maintain high-quality design standards.
• Collaborate with compliance to meet regulatory requirements.
• Manage distribution of materials to investors and sales teams.
• Drive process improvements and implement new systems for efficiency.

What you bring:

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint (Upslide/HubSpot experience is a plus).
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a creative outlook.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
