  • Contributing to the design and implementation of compliance programmes for AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC across the enterprise, collaborating closely with senior management.
  • Acting as a specialised resource for other departments by sharing subject matter expertise in customer identification, due diligence processes, governance, training, assurance, and testing.
  • Managing day-to-day operations of the department while participating in enterprise-wide or customer-focused special projects on behalf of Financial Crime Risk Management.

  • Deputise for the Head of Financial Crime Risk Management at meetings by producing executive-level reports, approvals, and engaging with key stakeholders.

What you bring:

  • Ability to act honestly, ethically, and with integrity while operating in compliance with standards of market conduct and trading venue rules.
  • Strong interpersonal skills enabling you to co-operate effectively with colleagues across departments as well as external regulators and auditors.
  • Experience managing teams within regulated environments including providing guidance, coaching, development opportunities, and oversight on operational results.
  • Proven track record in developing policies/procedures for business lines while planning/executing strategic activities related to risk assessment processes.
