An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced EMEA Payroll Specialist to join a high‑performing global Payroll team based in Dublin. This role is perfect for a proactive, detail‑driven payroll professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, international setting and takes pride in delivering accurate, compliant, and high‑quality payroll services across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities of the International Payroll Specialist Job include:

Payroll Processing & Compliance
• Deliver accurate and timely monthly and ad‑hoc payrolls using Workday as the HRIS, partnering with external payroll providers to ensure smooth end‑to‑end processing.
• Support a diverse EMEA payroll portfolio, initially covering the UK, Ireland, Romania, Netherlands, Denmark, Poland, France, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Sweden, Italy, Belgium, Austria, Czech Republic, Finland, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Israel, South Africa, and Armenia.
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross‑functional teams to ensure payroll accuracy and a great employee experience.
• Manage employee and statutory payments, including reconciliations for rejected or returned bank transactions.
• Ensure payroll documentation is complete, accurate, and well‑maintained across all payroll cycles.
• Actively support internal and external audits, including SOX controls, by preparing clear and timely payroll documentation.

Requirements / Experience for the International Payroll Specialist Job:
• Demonstrated experience delivering EMEA payroll in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and statutory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Hands‑on experience with Workday and external payroll providers is highly desirable.
• A high level of accuracy, organisation, and ability to thrive under deadlines.
• Confident communicator who enjoys collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
