Management Accountant

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting business performance through high-quality financial reporting, analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of management accounts, budgets, and forecasts for overheads and divisional reporting
• Sales and margin analysis, including monthly reconciliations
• Responsibility for VAT returns and balance sheet reconciliations
• Dealer payments, account reconciliation, and financial reporting
• Fleet accounting, pricing analysis, and acting as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders
• Partnering with product and marketing teams on pricing, costings, and campaign analysis
• Supporting the annual audit process and ensuring strong internal controls
• Contributing to ongoing financial analysis and ad hoc projects

Candidate Profile

• Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or CPA)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
• Confident communicating financial information to non-finance stakeholders
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems
• Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach
