A leading international banking group is seeking a Vice President Scrum Master to join their Sales and Trading technology organisation in Dublin. What you bring:

Your extensive background as Vice President Scrum Master equips you with the knowledge required to thrive in this demanding yet rewarding environment. With degree-level education in computer science or engineering disciplines underpinning your technical acumen—and over eight years’ experience as a Scrum Master—you bring deep familiarity with enterprise-scale platforms. Your practical expertise in facilitating Scrum ceremonies is complemented by hands-on experience working alongside software engineering teams: you understand the nuances of CI/CD pipelines as well as the complexities posed by legacy systems or architecture dependencies. Coaching others comes naturally; your empathetic approach helps teams transition smoothly from traditional models into collaborative Agile ways of working.

• Degree-level education in Computer Science or similar engineering discipline provides a solid foundation for understanding modern software development practices.
• At least eight years of significant experience as a Scrum Master within technology organisations demonstrates your proven ability to support enterprise-scale platforms.
• Strong practical expertise in Scrum methodologies enables you to facilitate ceremonies effectively while coaching teams towards greater collaboration.
• Experience working directly with software engineering teams ensures you understand CI/CD pipelines, automated testing environments, DevOps practices, cloud technologies, technical debt implications, legacy systems challenges, architecture dependencies, production support requirements.
• Proven track record coaching teams and individuals in Agile ways of working highlights your capacity for nurturing self-organising behaviours within diverse groups.
• Experience operating in complex enterprise-scale environments prepares you for navigating regulatory controls or highly governed settings.
