Cyber Risk/ GRC Reporting Manager - EMEA/ Banking

We are looking for an experienced Cyber GRC Reporting Manager (VP) to join a global bank - CISO organisation, supporting Cyber Governance, Risk and Compliance across EMEA. The role will primarily focus on Cyber Risk Reporting for Senior Management, Risk Committees, Executives and the Board, including the development of KRI frameworks, management information, dashboards and reporting automation.

What you'll do:

• Delivers a reporting led Cyber GRC role across EMEA, while contributing to the wider first line Cyber GRC agenda within a complex, regulated and globally distributed operating model.
• Lead the review and governance of cyber policies and standards, maintaining alignment with regulatory requirements, internal frameworks and control obligations.
• Supports control design, implementation, testing, evidence and remediation across multiple cyber domains.
• Improve Cyber GRC portfolio, service, reporting and evidence processes, including demand intake, prioritisation, workflow, taxonomy and records discipline.
• Produces recurring cyber risk, KRI, control and governance reporting for management, Risk Committee, Executive and Board audiences.
• Drives implementation of relevant EU regulatory expectations, including DORA, across in-scope entities.
• Works across BAU services, regulatory and audit actions, programmes, projects, policy obligations and emerging cyber risks.

What you'll bring:

• Strong Cyber GRC / Information Security Risk experience, ideally within financial services.
• Proven experience producing Board-level reporting and developing KRI/KPI frameworks.
• Strong hands-on Power BI skills and experience with reporting automation.
• Knowledge of DORA, ISO 27001, NIST and cyber risk frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Right to work in Dublin
