Business Analyst - General Insurance

A leading insurance company is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their team in Dublin. This is for an initial 6 month contract, with the likelihood of extension, working 3 days per week in the office.

What you’ll do

• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define scope, process, and requirements
• Manage requirements through delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Facilitate workshops and drive collaboration across teams (technical + non-technical)
• Comfortable having technical/system conversations with solution architects and developers
• Negotiate, manage expectations, and resolve issues using strong communication and detail

Skillset & requirements:

• 5+ years experience as a Senior Business Analyst
• General insurance experience with regulatory exposure
• Business Analysis certification/qualification preferred (ISEB / BCS / CBAP)
• Strong stakeholder management, planning, and leadership
