Role Overview:
The firm is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing property team. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients on a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development projects, and property finance. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to advance their career within a progressive and client-focused practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on all aspects of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and development projects.
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other property-related documentation.
  • Conducting due diligence investigations, including title reviews and planning compliance.
  • Providing strategic advice on property finance transactions and liaising with financial institutions as required.
  • Managing relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service delivery.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to provide integrated legal solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Keeping up-to-date with changes in property law and market trends to provide informed advice.

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with 2+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial property law.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Irish property law and related regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven track record of managing complex commercial property transactions from inception to completion.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and a client-centric approach.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • A proactive team player with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
