What you'll do:
As a Workday HRIS Technical Lead, you will:
- Design and deliver complex Workday solutions with a particular focus on integrations and systems architecture, ensuring robust outcomes for multiple concurrent projects.
- Facilitate client-facing design workshops and solution scoping sessions, acting as a trusted technical advisor who brings clarity and confidence to stakeholders.
- Mentor and manage small teams on project workstreams, providing guidance that ensures delivery milestones are met to the highest standards of quality.
- Coordinate internal resources effectively, prioritising tasks and maintaining alignment among stakeholders across several EMEA clients simultaneously.
- Support business development activities by shaping proposals, engaging new clients, and contributing positively to the organisation’s reputation as a leading Workday partner.
- Embrace innovation by exploring new technologies such as AI within Workday solutions, bringing fresh thinking that drives better results for clients.
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders both internally and externally, building strong relationships that foster trust and shared success.

- Maintain flexibility in your working arrangements by operating primarily remotely but travelling to Dublin city centre offices when required for key meetings or workshops.
What you bring:
Your proven experience as a Workday HRIS Technical Lead will be central to your success in this role. You bring:
- Extensive hands-on experience delivering Workday integrations as well as broader Workday HRIS solutions within large-scale environments is essential for success in this role.
- Proven ability to lead client workshops, manage complex projects from inception through completion, and mentor project teams in collaborative settings.
- Comfortable working directly with clients at all levels—including senior stakeholders—and adept at navigating fast-paced environments focused on delivering effective solutions.
- Flexibility to be based anywhere in Ireland with willingness to travel occasionally to Dublin city centre offices as required for key meetings or workshops.
- Previous consulting experience is highly desirable; commercial awareness will enable you to engage confidently with senior clients on strategic matters.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including empathy, active listening, clear communication, and the ability to build trust-based relationships within diverse teams.
- Strong organisational skills enabling you to coordinate resources efficiently across multiple concurrent projects without compromising quality or timelines.
