Depository Associate

Your Responsibilities:

As a Depositary Associate, your main duties will include:

• Ensuring full compliance with all internal depositary policies and procedures

• Monitoring investment and leverage restrictions for assigned funds

• Reviewing and reconciling fund cash flows

• Supporting the independent review of Net Asset Values (NAVs)

• Investigating and escalating any discrepancies identified during the NAV review process

• Participating in onsite visits to fund administrators and third-party delegates

• Ensuring timely escalation of issues to senior management

• Contributing to the ongoing improvement of internal processes and controls

Your Profile:

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• 1+ Years' experience as Depositary Associate (Ideally within Investment Funds)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities

• A proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• A positive, team-oriented work ethic with a commitment to completing tasks to a high standard

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Prior experience in financial services, ideally in a fund administration or depositary environment
