Procurement Associate
A leading global financial institution is seeking a Procurement Associate to join its high-performing procurement and operations function. This role sits within the Operations Planning Department and will support source-to-pay (S2P) activities across multiple entities, geographies, and business units. If you're analytical, organised, and eager to become an expert in Coupa or similar procurement systems, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities of the Procurement Associate Job:
- Support the end-to-end Source-to-Pay lifecycle for business units across EMEA
- Manage and administer Coupa system access, user training, and troubleshooting
- Conduct supplier onboarding and assist in contract execution processes
- Monitor compliance, conduct reporting and analysis of non-compliant purchase orders and invoices
- Become a subject matter expert in procurement tools (Coupa, Ariba or similar)
- Drive continuous improvements in procurement controls, systems, and policies
- Maintain and update procurement intranet content, training material and how-to guides
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other project-related activities
Skills & Experience
We welcome professionals from diverse backgrounds. You do not need to meet every requirement, but experience in the following areas is highly desirable:
- Previous experience in procurement operations, finance operations, or similar
- Hands-on knowledge of procurement platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, SAP or Oracle
- Experience deploying procurement systems and conducting end-user training
- Familiarity with contract management, supplier onboarding, and invoice processing
- Strong analytical mindset; ability to interpret large data sets and report findings
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Self-motivated with a customer-first approach
