Legal Assistant - Conveyancing
A well-established and busy Dublin law firm is looking to hire a Legal Secretary to support its Conveyancing Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with experience in conveyancing who is organised, detail-focused, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:

Opening and closing client files in accordance with internal procedures
-
Managing documentation and maintaining accurate electronic and paper filing systems

Preparing legal documentation and correspondence using templates or dictation
-
Typing, transcription, and document formatting
-
Handling routine client queries and taking clear messages
-
General office admin: photocopying, scanning, printing, binding
Key Responsibilities:
-
At least 6 months of experience in a conveyancing office
-
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
-
Able to take direction and manage workload independently
-
Professional, punctual, and proactive in supporting colleagues
-
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
-
Familiarity with legal case management systems is a plus
