Business Development Manager – Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions A leading law firm is looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join their Corporate and M&A team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

🔎 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Develop and execute business development and marketing plans for the Corporate and M&A team
✔️ Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities
✔️ Support client development initiatives, including proposals and client meetings
✔️ Raise the department’s profile through rankings, press releases, events, and social media strategies
✔️ Lead the creation of high-quality marketing materials, pitch templates, and knowledge-based tools

🌟 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Degree in business, marketing, communications (or equivalent experience)
✅ Minimum 5 years’ experience in a BD/marketing role within professional services or 3 PQE solicitor
✅ Proven ability to lead BD efforts for practice groups or industry teams
✅ Strong interpersonal skills, excellent writing abilities, and attention to detail
