Contentious Construction Lawyer | 0-4 PQE | Dublin A top-tier law firm is seeking a Contentious Construction Lawyer to join its dynamic team in Dublin. This role offers exposure to high-profile disputes, advising clients on complex construction and infrastructure matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on construction disputes, including adjudication, arbitration, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
• Working with developers, contractors, insurers, and public sector bodies on contentious matters.
• Collaborating with a market-leading team on high-value, cross-border disputes.
• Opportunity to engage in some non-contentious work if desired.

Requirements:

• 0-4 years PQE with experience in contentious construction (some non-contentious experience is acceptable).
• Strong dispute resolution skills, including experience in mediation, arbitration, and/or litigation.
• Qualified solicitor in Ireland, England, or Wales.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
