We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional Temporary Receptionist to provide front desk coverage for a 3-day assignment. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, so strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Dates Needed: Wednesday, June 25 – Friday, June 27, 2025
Hours:
8:30am - 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner

  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable

  • Provide general administrative support as needed (e.g., data entry, filing, scheduling)

  • Assist with booking meeting rooms and managing calendars

  • Respond to basic inquiries and provide information as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office equipment (e.g., phone systems, printers)

  • Punctual, dependable, and professional in appearance and demeanour
