Receptionist
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional Temporary Receptionist to provide front desk coverage for a 3-day assignment. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, so strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
Dates Needed: Wednesday, June 25 – Friday, June 27, 2025
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner

Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable

Provide general administrative support as needed (e.g., data entry, filing, scheduling)

Assist with booking meeting rooms and managing calendars

Respond to basic inquiries and provide information as needed
Requirements:

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office equipment (e.g., phone systems, printers)

Punctual, dependable, and professional in appearance and demeanour
