What you'll do:

  • Provide essential administrative support to the Office Manager by assisting with daily tasks and general office operations.
  • Prepare, process, and manage invoices as well as basic financial documents, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Handle filing systems efficiently by organising both digital and physical files, keeping all records up to date and easily accessible.
  • Carry out routine office duties such as photocopying, scanning, shredding, and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Monitor office supplies regularly, organise stock orders when necessary, and ensure resources are always available for the team.
  • Support data entry activities, format documents professionally, and maintain internal record-keeping systems accurately.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, managing diaries for meetings, and arranging logistics for internal gatherings or external visitors.

What you bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative role for at least one year within a professional setting is preferred for this position.
  • Exceptional organisational abilities paired with meticulous attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications—including Excel, Word, and Outlook—is required to handle daily tasks effectively.
  • Comfort working with numbers and processing basic invoices is important; training can be provided if you are eager to learn more about finance-related duties.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while remaining calm under pressure is crucial in a busy office environment.
