Pensions & Investments Administrator

Essential skills:

· Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills

· Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas, concepts, and solutions to employees at all levels of an organisation, both internally and externally

· Proactive team player with the drive and initiative to work independently and as part of a team

· Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work to deadlines

· Accurate and numerate with good attention to detail

· Self-motivated, with a flexible approach to working away from home to deliver what is required by clients

· Good knowledge of computer applications, including MS Office suite

Desirable skills:

Experience within financial services

· Broad retail financial services knowledge, especially across pensions, including defined benefit schemes, defined contribution schemes, employee share plans and other investments

· Experience of technical presenting, training, or educational delivery

· Experience of designing and developing technical presentations

· Willingness to attain professional financial qualifications

· Desire to increase and maintain professional knowledge through research of relevant topics, such as regulatory changes and guidelines

· Working towards, or willingness to work towards, the QFA
