  • Draft comprehensive internal and external investigation summaries as well as Suspicious Transaction Order Reports (STORs) when required by regulatory obligations or internal protocols.
  • Support the preparation of internal and external reports by gathering relevant materials such as monthly Compliance Management Information packs for senior stakeholders.
  • Monitor information barriers and insider trading prevention procedures to uphold market integrity and protect sensitive data across business units.
  • Contribute to the application of internal compliance policies and global objectives by collaborating closely with other members of the Compliance Department.
  • Conduct Quality Assurance reviews alongside the EMEA Head of Surveillance to ensure high standards are maintained across all surveillance tasks performed by the team.
  • Work collaboratively on projects with colleagues from both the Surveillance team and broader Compliance function, sharing knowledge and best practices to achieve common goals.
  • Participate actively in Compliance meetings, complete mandatory training promptly, and assist or coordinate compliance-related projects as needed.
