Senior Compliance Officer

Robert Walters is excited to announce that they are working with a thriving financial services institution in Dublin who are looking for a Senior Compliance Officer to join the team.

Based in Dublin as a Senior Compliance Officer you will be leading and enhancing Compliance Framework, you'll work closely with senior leadership, mentor a talented team, and drive compliance excellence throughout the business.

What You’ll Do:

• Take charge of the Compliance Monitoring Program, ensuring compliance with MiFID II and internal policies.
• Manage the full life-cycle of compliance testing, from planning through to reporting, driving continuous improvement.
• Handle regulatory requests with precision, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

About you

• Excellent understanding and working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance
• previous experience in a 2ND line role
• Confident dealing with regulators and answering any queries in relation to Compliance
• Able to work both independently and part of a team
