Compliance Officer - Survellience

This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-performance environment as a Compliance Officer - Surveillance, in Dublin City Centre where you'll be empowered to take ownership, innovate, and grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the review of market abuse surveillance alerts using advanced monitoring tools and systems.
• Drive improvements in compliance monitoring frameworks, working closely with global teams.
• Contribute to regulatory horizon scanning and analysis of emerging risks and rule changes (MiFID II, MAR, etc.).
• Support the development and refinement of internal compliance governance, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to escalate and resolve key surveillance issues.
• Engage in global initiatives to scale and align surveillance practices.

About you

• Expereince with compliance in a regulated investment firm or investment bank. (Financial Services is a must!)
• Proven expertise in market abuse and surveillance practices.
• Familiarity with European and UK regulatory frameworks (MiFID II, MAR, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Bonus: Experience with SQL or other technical tools and/or firms operating MTFs, SIs, or regulated markets.
