Claire holds a First Class Honours Degree from the University of Ulster and a Master’s Degree from University College Dublin.

After graduation, she began her recruitment career with a leading, executive search firm in Dublin.

In March 2004, Claire joined Robert Walters and worked across Financial Services and Industry & Commerce in the placement of both Legal and Corporate Governance professionals.

Claire was promoted to Business Director in 2019 and now oversees our HR Division placing senior HR professionals across all industry sectors.
