A leading Insurance firm in Dublin is seeking a Senior ERP Change Manager to guide transformative change initiatives across complex enterprise environments. This role offers you the opportunity to shape and deliver impactful change management strategies for large-scale ERP and enterprise transformation programmes, ensuring seamless transitions and positive outcomes for employees at every level.

To excel as a Senior Change Manager in Dublin, you will bring extensive experience leading transformative projects within sizeable organisations. Your expertise spans not only technical aspects of ERP implementations but also the human side of change—ensuring employees feel supported throughout transitions. You have managed outsourced providers collaboratively while maintaining high standards of delivery. Your certifications reflect your dedication to structured approaches like Prosci or ADKAR. With strong interpersonal skills honed through stakeholder engagement activities, you understand how vital it is to build trust across teams. Your familiarity with ERP systems enables you to anticipate challenges unique to these platforms.

  • Over 10 years of proven experience leading change management for large-scale ERP or enterprise transformation programmes within medium to large organisations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage significant employee impact during complex organisational changes with sensitivity and empathy.
  • Experience outsourcing and managing third-party change management providers effectively in collaborative settings.
  • Certification in recognised change management methodologies such as Prosci, Kotter or ADKAR, demonstrating your commitment to best practices.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems including SAP, Oracle, Workday or MS Dynamics, understanding their impact on organisational structures..
  • Strong background in developing communication strategies that are inclusive, clear, and supportive during times of transition.
  • Proven track record in designing training programmes that nurture staff capabilities for adapting to new systems or processes.
  • Deep knowledge of organisational development principles and behavioural change theories relevant to complex environments.
  • Degree in Business, HR, Organisational Development or related field provides a solid foundation for this role.
