We are currently recruiting for an IT Controller on behalf of a Financial Services organisation

IT Controller

12 month FTC

Dublin City Centre based - Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Manage ongoing development and continuous improvement of the control framework
• Verify the Controller-ship and Operations calendar
• Manage the third party vendors in the procurement tool
• Oversee remediation activities and ensure IT controls are updated accordingly
• Review and manage key governance artefacts to ensure compliance and oversight
• Serve as the primary mediator between teams and Internal Audit during audit engagements
• Facilitate the collection of relevant documentation, coordinate with key stakeholders for fieldwork, and ensure effective tracking and resolution of audit findings
• Monitor the resolution of any audit findings across outsourced service providers and internally
• Manage the engagement with the Risk Function as SPOC
• Manage the preparation of the Board and Board Committee materials

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in a similar role, with exposure to regulated environment
• Qualification or equivalent in relevant specialism
• Strong Risk and Compliance understanding, with proven management experience
