We are currently recruiting for the role of Service Delivery Analyst on behalf of a Financial Services organisation

Service Delivery Analyst

6 month FTC

Hybrid Working - Dublin City Centre based

Responsibilities:

• Analyse reports and dashboards provided
• Attendance of Service Reviews and operational calls and ensure terms of Service are upheld
• Prepare reporting and distribute to relevant parties
• Establish and report on Continuous Service Improvement plans and collaborate with stakeholders on 3rd party process development.
• Support the IT Controller to ensure all IT controls are reported and available for compliance auditing
• Oversee suppliers on audit finding remediation
• Manage the Third Party Risk Management engagement with FCRM suppliers
• Support on DORA project

Requirements:

• 3-5 years previous experience in Irish Financial Services organisation within Service Delivery
• Qualification or equivalent in relevant specialism
• Keen understanding of a highly regulated industry and proven exposure to contract management
