Oracle ERP Product Owner

My client, an International bank based in Dublin, are looking for a Oracle ERP Product Owner to join their growing team. This role is to work two days per week in the office.

Role Summary

My client is looking for an Oracle ERP/EPM Product Owner for Accounts Payable & Fixed Assets for their Finance IT department to join our team.

This position serves as the key functional support and product owner for Oracle ERP/EPM Accounts Payable , Fixed Assets and EBS (On Prem) for my client's BI offices. Responsible for implementing, improving, monitoring, and maintaining the bank’s Oracle financial application systems (i.e. Oracle General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets) to ensure operational efficiency and data integrity as well as provide functional support to end users.

This job requires knowledge of Oracle ERP (Cloud) and EBS (On Prem).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Business Alignment: Collaborates with EU business stakeholders for Finance requirements for critical programs.
• Oracle Financial Module(s) day to day support, rollouts, enhancements for EMEA with primary focus on Accounts Payable, Ebtax and Fixed Assets modules.
• Includes production support, hands on design and configuration duties and training to business users.

For you to succeed in the role, you will need to have:

• Strong plus industry experience,of which considerable experience working on Oracle Financials in Finance organizations, typically banking sector.
• Demonstrable experience of full life cycle implementation and hands on knowledge for Oracle Financials, mainly Accounts Payable, Ebtax and Fixed Assets modules.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principle & processes, record-to-report and internal controls with knowledge of Oracle financial tables and SQL query writing
• Additional knowledge of interfaces to other procurement systems like COUPA will be desirable.
