Senior Tax Manager

We have a great opportunity with a high profile Accounting firm who are looking to add an experienced Senior Tax Manager to their team. The main tasks of this role would be to manage and review the compliance work flows as well as help the team develop over time. This will be the most senior person on the team heading up the Tax team with opportunities to progress to Partner level. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage the team to perform to their fullest potential in order to deliver results
• Management of workflows and processes within the team
• Manage and review of compliance functions including quality review of corporate and personal tax returns, under various tax heads
• Management of a portfolio of clients
• Work on preparing detailed tax advice in relation to various tax issues; liaising and advising
clients on Irish and international corporate and personal tax matters
• Modernise the team and work towards digitalising processes to create efficiencies and to
improve ways of working within the team
• Maintain an excellent level of client service at all times

Successful Candidates will have a Tax Qualification, and 5 years' experience. The Firm are keen to see candidates with experience across corporate Tax or an interest in specialising in this area.
