A leading insurance firm is looking to hire participant coordinators to engage with people around products and services. As the participant coordinator, you will collaborate with researchers to understand their study objectives, clarify their participant requirements and plan the logistics of recruitment support. You will operate with awareness of our ethical obligations to our participant candidates, including informed consent and privacy concerns.
Key responsibilities of the participant coordinator:
Recruit research participant candidates drawn from the data base in our public program, customer lists, and employee referrals
Screen candidates for availability, interest level, and appropriate qualifications using online questionnaire responses and phone interviews
Coordinate the logistics of user research, including participant scheduling, facility scheduling, and distribution of incentives
Scrutinise study specifications and planned assessments to ensure quality data is gathered from the right people
Adhere to ethical codes related to conducting user research
As the participant coordinator, you will be a responsible and organised individual who can keep tabs on many projects, pay close attention to details, and plan well while accommodating the unexpected. You will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a data/administration focused role (this level of experience is intended as guidance only and does not preclude someone with more or less experience from applying for the role). You will enjoy collaborating with people and be able to handle highly complex situation that may arise using diplomacy and communication skills.
